Head and Deputy Head Prefects
At Charles Darwin School, staff and students follow a simple yet effective motto; Aspire, Endeavour, Achieve. These three simple words have guided us as a school community to success and prosperity over the years.
We’ve had different journeys to get to where we are today, yet in becoming Head and Deputy Head prefects, we know that perhaps the most important of our respective journeys are following those three simple words. When we represent ourselves positively, we also represent the school, which is why as a senior prefect team, we aim to help the school prosper and succeed from volunteering with younger students, to our highly successful charity campaigns; any action we take is recognised to help the school prosper. As we enter our final year of school, we also recognise that our responsibilities will increase, and pressure will mount. However, we know that it is possible, as with the correct mindset and the continued support from students and staff alike, we will aspire to succeed, endeavour through all the trials and tribulations that sixth form life can bring, and in the end, achieve our goals and make ourselves proud.
We believe that every student at school can be successful, as the staff provide us with a plethora of resources and advice that help us along our journey. By motivating us, the staff at school ensure our success, setting the foundations for a highly successful life. The senior prefect team also promise to aid any student we can; becoming a link for the students to the teachers, and providing a listening ear for any worries that may arise. Throughout the year, we pledge to continue this support, alongside showing the fantastic skills that Charles Darwin School has taught us, and continue to hone our talents to further represent the school.
